Providence Living provides quality family rental housing in the Okanagan. With townhome units in 8 communities, including two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom townhomes.

Affordable family units are designated for families with dependent children and specifically for households whose income is too high to qualify for housing grants or subsidies but find the rising cost of housing a challenge.

We are currently seeking applicants that meet the three requirements listed – units are available now and in the next few months:

FAQ’s

Can I rent an affordable housing unit?
Those who wish to rent a unit must first complete the information form above and answer a few qualifying questions to determine eligibility for our program. If you have dependent children under 19 years old and are a working family earning at least $3300/month you may be eligible for an affordable housing unit.
Are these non-smoking townhomes?

We aretransitioning all housing projects toward non-smoking buildings.  Smoking and/or Vaping of tobacco and/or cannabis is not permitted in common areas of the building, in units, or on balconies.

Is parking included in rent?

Each town home has one designated parking stall.

Is there a common meeting room or community center
Most sites have a common community center that tenants can book for special events.
What about pets?

We do have a pet policy. A tenant may keep a bird or fish as a pet. Sorry no cats or dogs.

Community Gardens – Is there a place I can garden?

Sorry, No – not on site.  However, many townhome sites are located near public Community Gardens. (Glenmore and Lake Country).

Do you have family friendly units?
We have mixed-unit buildings. Most family sites have 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom and a limited number of 4 bedroom townhome units.

The Society of Hope provides quality senior rental housing in the Okanagan. With apartments units in 8 communities, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom and wheelchair accessible units.
